Refund policy

At Magnet Club Co., every product is custom made specifically for you. Because our items are personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect information provided at checkout, or ordering errors.

Please carefully review your order before submitting it, including names, dates, spelling, shipping address, and uploaded photos. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor settings and the printing process. The quality of your finished product is also dependent on the quality of the photo you provide.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@magnetclubco.com. Include your order number along with clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim.

If the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect or an error made by Magnet Club Co., we will replace the affected item(s) at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only at our discretion where a replacement is not possible.
